For the past 30 years, Douglas Hipskind has amassed an impressive bulk of financial experience. He was formerly CFO of investment banking firm Lake Street Capital Markets and a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of Kona Grill.

With 30 years in the restaurant industry, including past roles at Kona Grill and Black Chile Mexican Grill, Greg Snodgrass brings seasoned insight to the executive team and is committed to operational excellence at every location.

With more than 20 years in cooking, purchasing, menu planning, and culinary training, Angel Cervantes knows his way around the kitchen. He’s been a sous chef, a chef, a kitchen manager, and a corporate chef at many companies, including Kona Grill and Black Chile Mexican Grill in Phoenix.
VP of Operations and Founder
Overseeing the operations of all WHC brands, Dennis Pacifico aligns vision with implementation at every location. His three decades of industry experience, including time at Brinker International and Kona Grill, make him a valuable commodity.
Chief Development Officer
Brian Ingram started his career in the food and beverage industry growing up in his family restaurant. He has created concepts and been a senior member of some of the biggest hospitality groups in the country including MGM Resorts International, Brinker International, Restaurants Unlimited, and the Alain Ducasse Group.
Chief People Officer
For 27 years, Nancy Cross has handled all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, training and development, talent acquisition, risk management, compensation, and benefits—encouraging and growing Williston Holding Company’s most important asset.
