Many flavors,
coming together.

Based in Houston, Texas, Williston Holding Company is a restaurant development and management firm that oversees ten successful brands.

Combined, those brands represent over 150 years of operational experience. And while our brands are diverse, our approach has been constant throughout our long history. We dedicate ourselves passionately to providing our customers with a great experience—an experience that begins with fresh, quality food and extends to friendly employees and a fun, often uniquely different atmosphere.

Fresh food, fresh ideas.

We’re never afraid to try new things. Indeed, we’re afraid not to. Because appetites evolve, we continually seek innovative twists on traditional standards, embracing and adapting those things that have proven successful. And how do we know what’s successful?

Our restaurant concepts have inspired generations of intensely loyal customers. They rave and reminisce about us in blogs and on social media. They share their experiences with friends and family. And they keep coming back.

While we have a history of making smart acquisitions, our success flows from the passion infused in everything we do—a passion that has inspired some of the world’s most fiercely loyal fans. We love them all.

Our values

Fresh ingredients and pure devotion.

It takes more than a great meal to make a great company. It takes a passionate commitment to putting a smile on someone’s face. These are the values that make that commitment possible.

  • Value Icon

    We’re more than family restaurants.

We’re family. There’s a very good reason our company turnover rate is extremely low compared to the industry average. We are a family. And we work hard to cultivate a mutually supportive environment in which friendships flourish.

  • Value Icon

There’s no better place to be your best.

Our company history is filled with success stories—like the busboy who loved his job so much he decided to buy the company. We love to encourage and reward excellence. Take advantage of opportunity. We have plenty in stock.

  • Value Icon

    Achieve balance in life.

The most important things in your life are your health, your family, and your career—in that order. Maintain both the proper perspective and proportion. You’ll experience success in all three areas.

  • Value Icon

    We are community.

Whether it’s supporting schools and FFA programs or helping individual families get back on their feet after a devastating hurricane, we are committed to supporting the communities in which we operate.
